finally a blog app for my phone that writes what i dictate. been a long time coming. so where was i when we left off three months ago? yes, facing expulsion from home i was forced to make some drastic changes to my lifestyle which resulted in about a months worth of withdrawal symptoms and terrible cravings for terrible substances. oh what substance-induced joy i have missed out on since then. on the other hand i had time to catch up on my reading. one book i enjoyed immensely is junky by william burroughs. chronicling his escapades in the the village, new york and new orleans as a homosexual heroin addict who managed to get along fine in life and become a successful writer and dodging the law and slinging junk, the book hit right home when i was going through some tough times and served as a sort of inspiration. now nobody else will read this book due to the taboo subject or simply because they haave no interest in such things. but if you like Burroughs or any beat writers, this is an essential read. movie this time is The good, The bad, The weird. tis a korean movie set in manchurian-japanese korea about three absurd but brilliant fools on a race against eachother to find a horde of treasure that is rumored to control the fate of korea. it is silly and genius but it is damn good fucking fun. especially the opium den scene. thats it, my thumbs are tired. good night world
